For Surface Disinfection : 0.05% to 1%
For Water Disinfection : 18-40 ppm
For Spray Fumigation (ULV sprayer) : 3 to 5%
SURFACE DISINFECTION : Can be used for disinfecting the tanks, Manufacturing equipments, pipelines and containers @ 0.5% to 1%, Contact time: 2to5min.
FLOOR & WALLS : Mopping of floors & walls @ 0.5% to 1% cone. Contact time : 5 minutes.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY : The dosage range is 30ml to 50ml. Onelitre(IAQ) solution (containing1000mlDM/Distilledwater & TM 30ml QUASIL XXXTRA STRONG ) is a dequate for 1500 cu. Feet area by use of ultra Low Volume Sprayer. (Please use100% plastic/S.S. made fogger). Contact time : 60 minutes FILTER STERLIZATION : Inclusive of R. O. Plants, D.M. In many plants, the use of QUA XXTRA STRONG PHBL PH BOOSTER CHEMICAL may be the only chemical required to give the desired properties.
pH Adjustment: The pH of water using QUA XXTRA STRONG PHBL PH BOOSTER CHEMICAL may be either adjusted before sedimentation and filtration, or after filtration, or both-depending upon the characteristics and the optimum pH of flocculation. Generally pH adjustments need be made only after filtration to prevent the corrosion of the pipelines of the distribution system. QUA XXTRA STRONG PHBL PH BOOSTER CHEMICAL used for pH adjustment, and each has its special advantages. However, for ease of handling, cleanliness of operation and ease of control, as well as an absence of hardness increase, the feeding of QUA XXTRA STRONG PHBL PH BOOSTER CHEMICAL is best. The amount of these chemicals to raise the pH will vary with the specific water being treated.
Dosage of ph booster: This runs in the range of 7 ppm to 40 ppm for QUA XXTRA STRONG PHBL PH BOOSTER CHEMICAL to raise the pH to 7.5-8.0. This should be considered very seriously by plants using a process to control pH.
